I’ve “acquired” injuries over the years and prior to meeting Shannon at Elevate Performance, I’ve just tried to push through them. Well, I’ve gotten to an age were pushing through things isn’t an option. I saw Shannon for some shoulder issues. I was at a point where I couldn’t do a push-up. She was instrumental in helping me regain shoulder mobility which allowed me to reengage with my fitness routine. I’m happy to report that I can once again do push-ups with impunity.
